Romans 15: 13

13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that, by the power of the Holy Spirit, you will abound in hope and overflow with confidence in His promises.

Flake off

God is continually taking me back to this one truth: “by the power of the Holy Spirit”. There are so many religions and faiths out there, and yes, even Christian denominations, which are empty and void of God’s power.

So, the question is only this: do you want the world to know that you are truly serving Christ Jesus. Think about it: how will those who meet and interact with you today FEEL God in your words and touch. Remember, being good at quoting bible verses does instantly make you an outstanding follower; the devil also knows the scripture.

LET US STRIVE, for such a deep walk in the spirit that all things worldly will just flake off as we grow closer to God.

Father, I lay down my will and life. You are my God! Install in me a heart which is solely dedicated and focused on things of above. I surrender!
