Time to wake up, Servant.

Jeremiah 17:9-10

“The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? “I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve.””

  “Throne day”

Q: Will you be ready when you are called?

A: This is a simple but very important question. I personally think that in that moment when we are faced with the reality of God on the throne and in heaven, all our own precepts will fall wayward, and then we will understand that we were so wrong about GOD.

God is not to be fooled around with, even though He is silent now, the day is coming when the final words won’t be ours but His. For one thing, I would love those words to be “Good and faithful servant” [Matthew 25:21]

Today, as we go on about our lives, let us change our hearts towards the mindset of heaven. As Christ took on the role of a servant, let’s do the same and help others see the glorious light of God’s salvation.

Let us speak up and boldly teach and promote the precepts of heaven to those around us. Keeping in mind that we have also been foolish and fickle, not understanding the ways of the kingdom, let us do all this with love!

Ask yourself this today:

How can I better someone else’s existence today?

Let’s Pray:

Father, make me ready for the day when I meet you. What a glorious day that would be! But until then, teach me how to look after others needs and cares. Reveal in my heart those things that is blocking me from doing your will.

In Jesus’ name. Amen!
