Acquitted of sin
You are free, but you still walk with the shackles of this world.
Therefore, since we have been justified [that is, acquitted of sin, declared blameless before God] by faith, [let us grasp the fact that] we have peace with God [and the joy of reconciliation with Him] through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed).
Romans 5:1 AMP
We are all sinful and sinners… Don’t feel offended by this statement because it is TRUE, as this scripture is meant only to bring hope in this dark world and bring God’s glory to light! When you hear the word sin, it stirs up emotions in each of us, and believe me, no one wants to be constantly reminded that they have done wrong and that the result is eternal damnation. Even the most dedicate Christian is still a sinner, if they claim to be perfect, they are not from God and sent by the devil to deceive you.
We all need God in our lives, we need Jesus! God wants to set things right and yes, He ALREADY did! He sent his only Son as a ransom, to set your soul free! the price for soul has been paid in full. What a LOVE that must be? God loves you and only want the best for you, He won’t force himself onto you; He is standing at your door, ready to enter. Will you let him in? Will you change?
I pray that God will meet you, right there where you are. That He the maker of your soul, will show his face to you in a special way, so that you will never ever deny this moment. I pray for your soul to be set free from bondage and a new mind! A NEW LIFE! In Jesus’ name – let it be so!
Simple solutions–change! Change your ways! Sin is only EVIL because it stems from self-importance and a self-centred mindset. Basically, you need to change how you think in order to change how you expect the outcome to be. If you want to be in right standing with God, you need to accept the gift of redemption, and be justified and reconciled with GOD. Jesus Christ hung on a tree, bore all your sins (self-importance), and set us right with the Father.
But now that you KNOW you are free, you need to CHANGE, YOU CAN’T KEEP ON DOING what you like. If you love stealing from others, STOP STEALING! To make the change happen, you need to renew your mind so your actions can follow. [Romans 12:2 AMP]
